A General  Notice  to  all  re  IIC7  matters  from  the  IIC7  Finance  Com.

The  IIC7 Executive  Planning  Com.  met  this  afternoon and  had  endorsed  and  approved  the  following:

1.  The  IIC7  Raffle  Ticket   Draw  has  been  postponed  and  moved  to  JANUARY  27,2008  (Sunday).  This  postponement  came  about  per  request  not  just   from  buyers  within  the Philippines  but  also  from  overseas   due  to  delivery  concerns  and  the  holiday  "busyness"  here back  home  and  elsewhere.

2.  The  deadline  date  for  submission  of  ticket  stubs,  unsold  tickets,  and  payments  likewise  has  been  moved  to  JANUARY  15, 2007  to  any  member of  the Finance  Com.  (Edna  Tabanda, Salma  Martin,  Ursula  B. Daoey,  Brigitt  Santiago, Lily  Sagalla,  Florence  Yawan. )  Unsold  Tickets  not  remitted  nor returned  by  this  date  shall be  considered  SOLD.

3.  With  the  significant  difference  in  the  US$ / PhpPeso  exchange  rate  from the start  of  IIC7planning  (two  years  ago)  and  with  the constant  and alarming  fluctuation  of  the  exchange  rate,  the  dollar  exchange  to be  considered  for  the  registration  fees  shall  be  PHP45  for  every  US$1.  This  should  provide  an  assuring  and  consistent  exchange  rate. Besides,  the  budget  which  determined  the  fees  and  which  had  undergone  about  5  revisions  has  always  considered  Php45  as  the  steady  exchange rate  for  all purposes.

4.  In cases  of  withdrawals,  the  deadline  for reimbursement  of paid  registration  fees  (less  10%  for  handling)  is  MARCH 12, 2008, one  month  before  the  said   Consultation.  Except  for  benevolent  reasons,  withdrawals  one  week  before  the  Consultation  will  have  a  50%  reimbursement  or  refund of  fees  paid.   No  reimbursements  or  refunds  of fees  shall be  entertained  for  withdrawals  6  days prior  to  the  start  of  the Consultation  and  onward.
